Publisher Description
Estimate the costs of repair and remodeling projects from your mobile device.
DON'T LET REPAIRS AND REMODELS DERAIL THE SALE
With EstimateON, waiting on repair bids is a thing of the past. Instantly provide home buyers and sellers a project cost estimate while showing a house. Then connect them with licensed contractors to carry out the work.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Enter the address and project type. EstimateON generates a complete estimate, including materials and labor costs. Powered by Xactware’s regularly updated material, labor, and equipment cost research, each estimate is current and local.
From there, you can directly request up to five local, licensed BuildZoom contractors — each of them ready to offer a bid and complete the work.
A NEGOTIATING TOOL FOR REAL ESTATE PROS
Use your EstimateON estimates to negotiate from a position of strength. You’ll accelerate the sales process and be better equipped than competing agents. Plus, you’ll inspire confidence in your clients by reducing the stress of negotiation.
NOT A REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL?
EstimateON lets anyone who manages or repairs properties streamline and standardize their project cost estimates.
